Tools and accessories purchased from one of our VIP authorized dealers can be returned to our warranty center along with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact your dealer to ask about their specific store policy, or ship your product in its original box to:

Basic Warranty (1 year)

All GRABO products and accessories: All tools made by Nemo Power Tools Limited, includeing the GRABO brand, are pretected for one year from date of purchase with our “BASIC WARRANTY” plan.
Within the scope of this warranty plan, wew will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. For warranty repair information, call +1(702)718 2433. This warranty may not apply when damage was caused by improper usage of the tool such as: water damage, dropping of the tool, overloading the tool beyond its rated capacity, leaving the tool “on” while in storage or other clear cases of user error.
Within the scope of this BASIC WARRANTY, Nemo Power Tools Limited or one of its authorized representatives, will replace, without charge or repair without charge any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover failure due to normal wear and tear. This warranty is the only warranty automatically offered by Nemo Power Tools Limited for its entire line of tools and accessories, and any implied warranties or local laws and regulations regarding warranties and consumer protection will not apply. Nemo Power Tools Limited and its related companies and partners will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Nemo Power Tools Limited will attempt to diagnose any technical issues over the phone or emails, based on the customer’s description of the problem including videos/pictures sent to our technical team. In certain situations, a physical examination of the tool may be required to determine whether or not a technical issue falls within the scope of this BASIC WARRANTY plan. If a physical examination of the tool is required, shipping to our warranty center will be covered by the customer, and return shipping will be covered by Nemo Power Tools.
Warranty does not apply to failures due to:

  •  Freigh damage.
  • Misuse, overlaoding or accidental activation of the tool in storage.
  • Damage caused by parts or accessories not obtained from an authorized dealer or not approved by us.
  • Normal wear of moving parts or consumables, such as seals and filters.

EXTENDED FACTORY WARRANTY (2YEARS)

Only applies to GRABO products and accessories which we purchased from one of our “VIP partners”.  Grabo tools and accessories which were purchased from a VIP authorized dealer, are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase under our ” EXTENDED FACTORY WARRANTY” Plan.
Within the scope of this warranty plan, we will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. For warranty repair information, call +1(702)718 2433. This warranty may not apply when damage was caused by improper usage of the tool such as water damage, dropping of the tool, overloading the tool beyond its rated capacity, leaving the tool “on” while in storage, or other clear cases of user error.

Within the scope of EXTENDED FACTORY WARRANTY, Nemo Power Tools Limited or one of its authorized representatives will replace, without charge or repair without charge any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship, as well as failures caused by the user which are not determined to be clearly caused by intentional damage. This warranty does not cover failure due to normal wear and tear, such as wear of seals which are considered to be consumables and can be replaced by the user if damaged. This warranty is only offered on an individual basis for tools that are shown to be purchased from one of our VIP dealer partners. Nemo Power Tools Limited and its related companies and partners will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Nemo Power Tools Limited will attempt to diagnose any technical issues over the phone or emails, based on the customer’s description of the problem including videos and/or pictures sent to our technical team. In certain situations, a physical examination of the tool may be required to determine whether or not a technical issue falls within the scope of this warranty plan. If a physical examination of the tool is required, shipping charges within the United States will be covered by Nemo Power Tools.
